An Act to Amend the Plumbing Installation and Inspection Act

Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows:

1 Subsection 10(1) of the Plumbing Installation and Inspection Act, chapter 126 of the Revised Statutes, 2014, is repealed and the following is substituted: 

10( 1) A by-law made under this Act has no effect until approved by the Minister.
